During this 100 hour blended learning intensive you will learn how to hold others in a Breathwork container based off ancient wisdom, indigenous traditions and modern scientific knowledge.
The breath is powerful in all its shapes and modalities. It is a tool that can shift your energetic landscape, create space to integrate what feels dissonant, and somatically reach into emotional layers.
This training covers a wide range of breath practices in depth — from pranayama to breath and coldwater immersion, from performance-enhancing techniques to deep dives into the unconscious through coherent and circular breathing.
It is a curriculum designed to offer both breadth and depth, so that you not only study diverse approaches but embody their effects.

Core Curriculum
Module 1: Circular Breathing
Foundations of continuous breath for transformation and regulation. Explore origins, purpose, contraindications, retentions, and methodologies. Includes guided practice, observation, partner PNF work and active practical group teaching sessions.
Module 2: Rhythm of Breath
Add a depth and layer to your facilitation that sets your sessions apart. Discover how rhythm shapes experience. Practice timing breath with counts, sound, and movement. Learn about entrainment, playlist design, and leading with percussion.
Module 3: Pranayama
Root into the variations of yogic breath practices. Study history, purpose, and key techniques, linking tradition with modern science and polyvagal theory. Includes safe and effective practicum.
Module 4: Breathwork Anatomy
Understand the body’s mechanics of breathing. Explore respiratory system, nervous system pathways, gas exchange, posture, and applied anatomy for safe facilitation.
Module 5: Breath Performance
Train the breath as a tool for resilience, endurance, and energy. Explore techniques for athletes, performance enhancement, and recovery, alongside applying the science of oxygen efficiency.
Module 6: Breath, Coldwater and contrast therapy
Harness the synergy of breath work ,cold exposure. and contrast therapy Learn safety protocols, the science of cold adaptation, and the alchemy of combining breath with water immersion.
Module 7: The Art of Facilitation
Develop skills to guide transformational journeys. Explore SOft skills, class structure, space design, sound, and physical/energetic assists.
Module 8: Trauma-Informed Facilitation
Learn principles of trauma awareness to ensure safe and ethical facilitation. Explore consent, choice, boundary setting, and how to recognise and support participants experiencing overwhelm.
Module 9: Marketing & Professional Pathways
Learn how to share your work with confidence. Build your brand, pathways to gain experience, and create opportunities for collaboration, retreats, and community facilitation.
In Person Curriculum
Month 1: Manchester (Jan) - Shala
Shala is the perfect location to begin our in person intensives. This well equipped and personable space makes for an intimate environment where practitioners can begin to build confidence in the foundations of their facilitation.
In this two day immersion participants begin to cultivate their understanding of facilitating circular breathing in its varying paces and intensities. This weekend lays the strong foundations of working with rhythm and guiding each other in small groups.
Month 2: European 5 Day Immersion (Feb) - Skyhut Greece
The intention of this immersion is to drop practitioners into an deep space where functional application of theory is cultivated.
Through guided journeys in the various modalities of breath and time spent facilitating in small groups with peer and mentor feedback, facilitation will come from a place of experiential embodiment.
Here, the rhythm of daily breathwork, movement, study and meditation leads to dropping in, opening up and remembering your natural state of clarity and presence, Allowing you to become the space holder you were always meant to be.
Month 3: The Farm Club (March) - Knutsford
For the final part of our in person training that includes our practical examination and graduation we will be situated at this incredible venue.
Located in the heart of Cheshire this space has excellent facilities for the practical aspects of the training including a beautiful tipi, multiple studio spaces and two 7ft ice tanks as well as Pickmere lake.
In this weekend, we combine all of our pillars and integrate them, Cultivating final practice spaces for assesment and attunement that prepares you to take your facilitation out into the world.
This weekend closes the training with a ceremony and will cultivate lasting memories and seeds planted to create powerful foundations for your Breath facilitator journey. And now you begin!

No, you don't need any prior experience to join the training, just a will to learn and a calling to help others.
Are there any contraindications for participating?
Do you allow payment plans?
Yes! A minimum deposit of £500 is required to secure your place within the training. The remaining payments can then be scheduled in instalments.
What's not included in the price?
