Refund policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and send it back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, sealed and the packaging not tampered with.
To start a return, you can contact us at soultysisters@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you an address for your item to be returned to. If you decide to make a return you will be required to cover the cost of postage back to us.
We do not replace or refund any item damaged, incomplete or not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will cover the cost of return shipping on any item that is faulty or damaged due to our error.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.

Express Royal Mail: 2-4 Business days £5.95
Free shipping on all orders over £50.00
We will do our best to ship your order ASAP. Orders made on Friday will be shipped the following week.
