Feeling the call to become a facilitator with the power of breath?
Applications are now open for our September 2026 intake.
During this 100 hour blended learning intensive you will learn how to hold others in a Breathwork container based off ancient wisdom, indigenous traditions and modern scientific knowledge.
The breath is powerful in all its shapes and modalities. It is a tool that can shift your energetic landscape, create space to integrate what feels dissonant, and somatically reach into emotional layers.
This training covers a wide range of breath practices in depth — from pranayama to breath and coldwater immersion, from performance-enhancing techniques to deep dives into the unconscious through coherent and circular breathing.
It is a curriculum designed to offer both breadth and depth, so that you not only study diverse approaches but embody their effects.
