Join us at &Soul Shoreditch for a transformative journey where we’ll blend intention setting, breathwork, cold water immersion, sauna, and sound therapy.

We’ll begin with meditation to set clear intentions for the practice. Breathwork will prepare you for the invigorating experience of alternating between cold water immersion and sauna, helping you release what no longer serves you and create space for new opportunities. 

Throughout the session, you will be immersed in the healing vibrations of a diverse array of instruments and vocals, fostering profound healing and balance. We’ll culminate the experience with a Sound Bath inviting a sense of rebirth and deepening your connection to abundance.
